Assumes 2,080 working hours a year. Partly and rarely computer-based staff lose 50% and 10% of their time. Redoing lost work is estimated at 60% of the lost-data hours, up to 24 hours. Overtime is not included.

How does pricing work?
Consulting is billed by the hour or as a monthly advisory retainer. Websites, apps and AI automations are fixed-price projects. You get a clear quote after the free consultation, so there are no surprise invoices.
Do we have to sign a long contract?
No. Retainers run month to month and projects are quoted one at a time. We'd rather keep you because the work is good.
Can you work with our existing IT person?
Yes. We often work alongside an in-house IT person or provider, adding strategy, security advice and specialist projects.
Do you also build websites, apps and AI tools?
Yes. Because we understand your IT setup, we build things that are secure, connect to your existing systems and stay supported after launch. We quote each build as a fixed-price project.
Do you offer ongoing IT support?
Yes. Managed support covers remote help for your staff, monitoring, patching and vendor coordination, billed as a monthly plan. We agree up front on response times and what happens after hours, so the promises match what we can deliver.
